CILL Account and Data Deletion
CILL supports account and data deletion requests for users who want to remove their app data.
How to request deletion

Subject: CILL account deletion request
Please include the Google account email address used with the app.
Data that will be deleted
- Account identifiers such as display name, email address, profile image, and user ID.
- Emotion map posts stored on the server, including text, mood color, coordinates, weather summary, and visibility settings.
- Friend requests, friend relationships, sharing settings, reports, and moderation records connected to the account.
Data stored only on your device
Some private or local-only records may be stored only in your browser or device storage. You can remove this data by clearing app storage, clearing browser site data, or uninstalling the app.
Processing time
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after verification. Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security investigation.
