CILL Privacy Policy

CILL is an emotion map app that lets users save mood markers and location-based records. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information such as Google account name, email address, profile image, and user identifier.
• Location information when the user allows location access or creates a location-based marker.
• User content such as mood color, text, marker coordinates, visibility settings, reports, and related metadata.
• Local device data for records stored privately on the user's browser or device.

How we use information

• To display emotion markers on the map.
• To save and show public records created by the user.
• To support reporting, moderation, safety, and service operation.
• To improve reliability and troubleshoot app issues.

Sharing

Public markers may be visible to other users. Private or local-only records are not shared unless the user chooses to make them public. We may disclose limited information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and users.
